Products
All prices, including delivery charges and personalisation, are inclusive of VAT at UK standard rate. All product images used on this site are only representative of goods on offer; actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions. Following our receiving your order through the system, we will send an automated order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Ideal Home Projects, and as such any typographical or system errors in pricing may still be subject to correction. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will occur on despatch of goods.
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:
- authorisation of your payment failed
- we made a pricing or product description error
- You’re not eligible to order from Ideal Home Projects Ltd.

Cancellation of an Order
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, it is not a problem. Normally your rights mean you can cancel anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order and you would have a further 14 days to return the order.
Please note, orders are normally processed immediately after they’ve been placed, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can’t always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Your log in details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, you should contact us.
